Short answer: You don’t need to be a monk 😂  - but if you’re not already meditating pretty consistently, this probably isn’t the right space for you.

This isn’t for spiritual beginners. It’s for people who already know the power + value of practice - and are ready to go deeper.

You don’t need to know anything about Buddhism, but you do need the discipline to show up + the devotion to sit with yourself - particularly when it’s uncomfortable.

If you’re still waiting for someone to motivate you, chase you down or hold your hand…this ain’t it.

But if you’re self-led + ready to refine your spiritual path, you’ll feel right at home here.

If you’re tired of the same old New Age regurgitated: angel numbers, crystal rituals + self-care checklists - this will either feel like a fucking lifeline (if your desire is to go deeper) or a smack in the face, depending how ready you are.

We’re not just collecting cute PDFs or burying ourselves in Zoom calls. This is spiritual badassery rooted in lineage, with laughter medicine woven in (of course) - with a focus on daily meditation, devotion + the kind of embodiment that shifts your reality off the cushion.

You’ll be receiving teachings from the Gelug School of Mahayana Buddhism - filtered through my own unfiltered, spicy voice + embodied lens, after 25+ years in the Health/Wellness + Spiritual Development Industry.

I've been around the block + back again (and tried almost everything at this point). What we're doing inside The Underground is most definitely a more advanced, refined + nuanced approach to spirituality.

This is a co-ed space. I work with humans who vibe with me + what I'm offering, period. 

I'd say around 20 minutes per day, more or less.

My intention for this space is for you to use it AS YOU WISH. We're all busy people with a lot going on, so I don't want anything rigid that's keeping you stuck to technology more than necessary. 

Because all the content is self-led for now + without live calls, you can do the daily meditation practice (which I'll likely keep under 15 minutes long) at any time of the day that works for you, at your convenience. Same for the mid-month transmission, as it'll be pre-recorded. Watch whenever you'd like. 

As for our Telegram temple - it's a broadcast channel, not a group chat - so you check out what I post in there whenever you'd like as well. And I'll only pop in a few times a week to drop an intentional/inspirational audio or text message as a way to stay in touch + connected. 

This community should be a fun + flexible way to build accountability with your daily meditation practice + to stay in the frequency of like-minded people on a similar spiritual path as you. That's it! 🫶🏼

This space isn’t about perfection - it’s about *practice*...and devotion.

Consistency builds momentum + once you start experiencing breakthroughs, it makes it easier to keep showing up - because you see for yourself how powerful it is.

If you miss a day (or a week), the practice will still be here, waiting for you to return.

You won’t be shamed, chased or guilt-tripped. But you also won’t be coddled. You'll get what you put into this space. 

But this isn’t about turning your spiritual practice into a burdensome chore to check off a list.

It's about building something sustainable + nourishing - a rhythm you return to because it feels good to come home to yourself + take care of your mind-body-spirit. 

Start where you are. But also… let’s be real: you make time for what you value.

Even 5-10 minutes a day (don't worry - the daily practice won't be longer than 15 minutes) will compound if you're consistent. You'll absolutely see those results over time (look at some of the testimonials I shared from the 30-day challenge in April 2025).

The Underground is an ongoing monthly membership - not a course with a set start + end date.

You can join anytime before July 1st, 2025 to lock in the special Founding Member rate of $69/month (this will be the lowest it'll ever be).

The doors will open again (timing = TBD), but the monthly investment will increase for all future members.

Once you're in, you get a 7-day free trial (you can leave during this time at no penalty) + then there’s a 90-day minimum commitment required before you can cancel. Why?
