I’m an Intuitive Mentor & Tibetan Buddhist practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding women & men in conscious relationships, deep intimacy, intuitive development, personal empowerment & shadow work.
After years in the fast-paced corporate world of New York City, I realized that chasing money & titles alone wasn’t fulfilling—in fact, it was making me ill. In 2011, I followed my intuition to leave my luxury hospitality 9-to-5 & pursue a career in the healing arts. That’s when I started experiencing deeper fulfillment & abundance that didn’t require sacrificing my joy or integrity.

Contrary to the mainstream push for "always wanting more," I focus on intention & quality over quantity. In my world, less truly is more. True success doesn't have to be measured by accumulation or vanity metrics, especially if it leaves you exhausted & overwhelmed. Instead, I value energetic, mental & physical spaciousness, which gives me the freedom to be creative, rest whenever I need it & spend more time fully engaged in the things I love - offline.
I’ve redefined "success" by focusing on heart-centered service (not just “what can I get from this [exchange]?”) & prioritizing inner transformation (not just, “what external result will I get?”), which has radically increased my sense of abundance & fulfillment, beyond just the material realm - and I'll help you do the same.
I'm also an Artist & Creative Visionary who blends minimalism with an appreciation for beauty & luxury. I’m rebellious & unconventional, refuse to be boxed in & regularly challenge mainstream beliefs—especially in this industry. I’m a Catalyst & Activator with a dark sense of humor. I'm a homebody introvert who likes to shine....from the privacy of my Zen Den, lol. My Big 3 are: Sagittarius Sun, Leo Rising, Scorpio Moon. In my spare time, I love making curated music playlists & mood boards on Pinterest, telling dirty jokes, speaking Italian, drinking too much espresso, going on hot girl walks in my city & being an eternal romantic. ;)
