✨5. Once I receive your screenshot, I’ll immediately send you the Calendly booking link to schedule your session (spots open through December 31st, 2025)

100% of the proceeds from these sessions will be donated to Three Jewels, a nonprofit studio based in NYC making meditation, yoga, mental health/wellness resources + ancient Tibetan Buddhist wisdom (aka: unlimited human potential) accessible to everyone by removing financial barriers, so these life-changing tools are available to anyone who needs them.Â
(this includes donation-based classes + multiple full scholarships awarded for 10-week meditation teacher trainings, yoga teacher trainings + retreats every year!)
